Programs & Enrollment
Program details, availability, hours, and offerings are subject to change. Enrollment and registration are handled through our childcare-management provider and are subject to their terms and to our separate enrollment agreements.
Parent Guidance & Support Services
Our paid consultation services (for example, developmental, behavioral, and potty-training support) provide educational parent guidance and support only. They are not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or therapeutic services, and they are not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a qualified professional.
Booking and payment for these services are handled by our third-party scheduling and payment providers (Cal.com and Stripe); by booking, you also agree to their terms. [Cancellation & refund policy — for example: Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled up to [24 hours] before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations after that window, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.]
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by Magic Hours or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our permission.
